Amit Shah gets bullet proof shield removed ahead of speech at Baramulla, J&K

Union Home Minister Amit Shah had his bullet proof glass shield removed from the podium, just before his speech. The gesture was aimed at showing the Central govt's confidence in the 'improved' security situation in the Union territory. The Union Minister slammed the '3 families' - NC, PDP & Congress, for the lack of development in the erstwhile state. He hailed the Modi model of governance and said that J&K had been transformed from 'terror hotspot' to 'tourist hotspot'.
