Andhra: Stones pelted on Vande Bharat train ahead of inauguration by PM Modi | Watch

Another Vande Bharat Express train has been damaged after stones were pelted at its coach in Andhra Pradesh's Visakhapatnam. The attack took place just days before its inauguration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 19. The incident happened when the train was going to the coach maintenance centre at Marripalem from Visakhapatnam railway station after completing a trial run. Two glass panes on one of the coaches were damaged in the incident. The divisional railroad manager said that the damaged coaches are being repaired. The Railway Protection Force has registered a case and is investigating the matter.
