Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia speaking at India’s biggest drone festival in Delhi said that a drone can help security forces in maintaining security and can also help farmers in agriculture. At the event, Scindia outlined how Modi govt has brought new drone rules to ease tech access. Union aviation minister predicted that drone industry will reach ₹15,000 Cr by 2026. 'Bharat Drone Mahotsav 2022' is a two-day event being held on May 27 and 28. Along with Modi, Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav and Rural Development Minister Giriraj Singh were present at the inaugural event.
