Dalai Lama remembers Nehru amid his public appearance for first time in 2 years

Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama has made a rare public appearance after a gap of 2 years since March 2020. The 14th Dalai Lama appeared before hundreds of Tibetans in Himachal Pradesh's Dharamshala. He made a grand entry with a huge smile on his face, waving to the excited crowd. Addressing an event at the main Tibetan temple, Dalai Lama asserted that he is 'strong and healthy'. He also remembered former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru in his speech to school children.
