Go First airline has been pulled up by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) after its crew "forgot to board more than 50 passengers" at Bengaluru airport. Passengers of the Bengaluru-Delhi flight were left behind in a bus on the tarmac. The incident came to light after several passengers narrated their "most horrifying experience" on Twitter and asked the Civil Aviation Minister and PMO to act. DGCA has now demanded an explanation from the airline following passengers' complaints. "We regret the inconvenience," Go First said in response to one of the tweets. The airline, however, has not put out any statement on what appears to be a huge botch-up. Amid anger, many netizens mocked the airline on social media, saying that "Go First took its name too seriously." Watch this report for more.
