How Kejriwal flaunted 'certificate of honesty' from PM Modi

Ahead of Goa assembly elections, AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal promised an honest government in the state saying the people of Goa are looking for an honest alternative. The Delhi Chief Minister said the Prime Minister had given his party a 'certificate of honesty'. Kejriwal alleged that both the BJP and Congress parties had worked only for their vested interests.
