India ‘prevented’ Russia from nuking Ukraine; Blinken credits PM Modi | Watch

The U.S. secretary of state has revealed how India and China may have prevented Russia from nuking Ukraine amid war. Speaking to The Atlantic, Antony Blinken said that messages conveyed by China and India against the use of nuclear weapons to President Vladimir Putin 'had some effect.' "I think successfully, other countries that might have a little bit more influence with Russia these days, like China, but also other countries like India, to engage him directly about their absolute opposition to any use of nuclear weapons,” added Blinken.
