Yemen is in the grip of an extreme hunger crisis as the war-ravaged country has a food stockpile till August end. India has now come to the rescue of the middle eastern country. India has exported more than 250,000 tons of wheat to Yemen in the last three months. Disruption in the food supply chain due to the Russia-Ukraine war has added to Yemen's food crisis.
