Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge, drew a parallel between the first Prime Minister and the present one to paint a contrast in their behaviour towards the functioning of Parliament. Kharge said while Nehru used to listen to his critics in the house, Modi does not even make his presence felt. Kharge, who also heads the Congress party, revealed his poetic side to take shots at the Modi govt over issues like democratic freedom and unemployment.
