Russia has rejected the West's $60 per barrel price cap on its oil . Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said 'We are assessing the situation', while Envoy Mikhail Ulyanov vowed that Europe will live without Russian oil. This comes after G7, EU and Australia came to its decision for a price cap on Russian oil after multiple rounds of deliberation which not only exposed the cracks in Western unity but has also been faulted by Ukraine as 'weak'.
