Rafale-M vs Super Hornet: Navy hunts for fighter jets for IAC Vikrant carrier

India is looking for naval fighters for the indigenous aircraft carrier, the IAC Vikrant which is undergoing trials for likely commissioning in August. The contest is between Rafale-m, the marine version of the french fighter and U.S-made F/A-18 block III Super Hornet. The Rafale-M recently demonstrated the ski-jump at the shore-based test facility in Goa.
