The United States is working to mount its missiles on Ukrainian fighter jets in fight against Russia. According to Politico, the US military is currently investigating the possibility of integrating its advanced air-to-air (AMRAAM) missiles into Ukraine's old, Soviet-era-built MiG warplanes. AMRAAMs are designed to be fired from western fighter jets such as F-16s. However, the technological aspect poses a bigger challenge for missile integration as there are significant technological differences between U.S. and Soviet technology.
