Defence Minister Rajnath Singh oversaw the breakthrough blast of the Sela Tunnel. The tunnel in Arunachal Pradesh is set to give India a strategic heft by facilitating faster movement of troops. The tunnel is expected to cut down distance to China border through Tawang district by 10 km.
