'Some CMs...': Gadkari shocking reveal as Govt bans seat belt alarm stoppers

A day after ex-Tata Chairperson Cyrus Mistry and his associate died in a road accident, Transport minister Nitin Gadkari said that the government has decided to ban all kinds of seat belt beep alarm stoppers. The announcement comes after initial probe revealed that the car crash that killed Mistry resulted from passengers not wearing seat-belts. The accident has reignited discussions on road safety and compelled the transport ministry to take coercive action in four directions, including banning all mechanism that tell passengers to ignore safety protocols.
