Union home minister Amit Shah said the death toll in Uttarakhand has mounted to 64 and over 11 people have been reported missing so far. Earlier, Amit Shah had conducted an aerial survey of the rain-affected areas in the state. Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Dhami, Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (retd) accompanied Shah.
