After External Affair Minister S Jaishankar ripped China for LAC standoff during a QUAD meet in Melbourne, a rattled Beijing has now accused India for the conflict in Eastern Ladakh. China accused India of dragging border conflict in Ladakh saying that that responsibility doesn't rest with Beijing.
