Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate Purvanchal Expressway in poll-bound Uttar Pradesh today. But before the launch, the PM took to twitter on Monday saying Tuesday is a 'special day' in UP's growth trajectory. PM Modi tweeted, “This project brings with it multiple benefits for u.p's economic and social progress.
