What PM Modi told new Gujarat CM as Bhupendra Patel takes oath

Two days after the sudden resignation of Vijay Rupani, Bhupendra Patel took oath as the 17th Chief Minister of Gujarat. Patel belongs to the influential Patidar community and is considered a close aide for former Chief Minister Anandiben Patel. Union Home Minister Amit Shah and 4 BJP Chief Ministers including MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Goa CM Pramod Sawant, Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar attended Patel’s oath-taking ceremony.
