Putin to attack airbases? NATO teases how cargo planes will fill in for bombers

Amid Putin's moves in East Europe, a cargo plane launched a cruise missile in Norway. The Rapid Dragon System - Cruise missiles launched from the back of a mobility aircraft. The weapon system can deliver massive strike capability by using transport planes. Cargo planes could turn into missile trucks, eliminating the need to buy/ deploy bombers. Crucially, mobility aircraft can operate from short runways in the Scandinavian region. Cargo planes with Rapid Dragon System could be used if military airbases are attacked. The launch method involves releasing the palletized munitions via the aircraft's ramp. The system deploys parachutes, stabilizes itself & dispenses the munitions vertically.
