Hours after a deadly clash between Israel and Egypt near the Rafah Border Crossing which resulted in the death of an Egyptian soldier, an Ex-Egyptian General has made a big claim. Retired Brigadier General Samir Ragheb reportedly said that Israel's real aim in Rafah is Egypt and not Hamas. The General's remarks were carried in a report by the Palestine Chronicle. On May 27, an exchange of fire was reported between Israeli troops and Egyptian forces. Both governments say the exchange of fire near the Egypt-Gaza crossing is being investigated. Watch for more.
