Australian hockey team arrived amid tight security in New Delhi in the early morning hours of Monday to participate in the World Cup beginning February 28. Indian police have promised "foolproof" security for the men's hockey World Cup after a bomb blast earlier this month raised security concerns for visiting teams. The measures were also aimed at calming the players who were hesitant to compete in India following the bomb blast in Pune on February 13, in which 15 people, were killed and 60 wounded.
