Cricket fans across the country went berserk as India won the coveted World Cup, by defeating Sri Lanka by six wickets, in Mumbai on Saturday. Supporters of the Indian team camped outside Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni's house in Ranchi. Ecstatic fans gathered in large numbers and burnt firecrackers other than cheering for the national team. Similarly in Ahmedabad, fans celebrated Team India's victory by taking out a random car rally in the city. Most roads of the city were blocked by fans in cars cheering and waving the national flag in celebrations.
