Kalmadi barred from contesting IOA polls, Tarlochan refuses to comment

Even as the International Olympic Committee (IOC) barred Congress MP Suresh Kalmadi from contesting election to the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) today, IOA Vice president, Tarlochan Singh has refused to comment on the same.
