Phelps ties Spitz record

Michael Phelps reached for the highest peak of Olympic achievement with his fingertips on Saturday, winning his seventh gold medal. He has now joined the legacy of fellow American swimmer Mark Spitz. The finish was so close that swimming governing body had to review the tape down to the 10-thousandth of a second. And Phelps finally nipped Milorad Cavic of Serbia.
