PM bats for hockey revival

Indian hockey has been in the limelight for quite some time now. Well more for controversies than achievements. Looking at the condition of the national game in a cricket crazy country, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh urged his sports minister on Monday to work for the revival of hockey. The Prime Minister said this while releasing a book 'Golden Yardstick: In Quest of Hockey Excellence' authored by former hockey captain Balbir Singh in New Delhi.
