SC refuses to stay Bombay HC order on IPL probe

The Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to put a stay on the Bombay High Court's Order that earlier deemed the BCCI Probe Panel investigating the IPL Betting and Spot Fixing Scam as unconstitutional or illegal.
