Tej Pratap Yadav arrested in NEET protest row? Lalu's elder son sent to 14-day judicial custody

Tej Pratap Yadav, son of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, was arrested in Patna and remanded to 14 days of judicial custody over his alleged role in escalating NEET paper leak protests. Police claimed his presence contributed to unrest and property damage during demonstrations. He was produced before a judicial magistrate before being sent to Beur Central Jail. Earlier, Tej Pratap was detained while participating in protests called by AISA and other Left organisations. The Janshakti Janata Dal chief was also seen leading demonstrators near Gandhi Maidan with the national flag.
