6 countries backing Putin; 4 others seen to be in tacit support of Ukraine war

While most nations have denounced war in Ukraine, some have stood by Putin, either outrightly; or tacitly. Before the Beijing Winter Olympics officially opened, China backed Russia in opposing further NATO expansion. FM Wang Yi told the US Secretary of State that China opposes moves that 'add fuel to flames' in Ukraine. Russia, China & Iran recently held their third joint naval drill in the Northern Indian Ocean. The joint naval drills coincided with Iran president Ebrahim Raisi's visit to Russia. Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, termed Ukraine a 'victim' of US policy.
