Even as Israeli troops inside the Gaza Strip face a constant barrage of attacks from Hamas fighters, Israel's Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said that soldiers had reached "the heart of Gaza City". The IDF is targeting Hamas' underground tunnel infrastructure now. On November 7, Israeli troops claimed to have discovered a school which was being used as a rocket launchpad by Hamas.
