Did the Joe Biden administration have advance knowledge that the Islamic State's (ISIS) Khorasan affiliate would try to commit a major terrorist act in Afghanistan's capital Kabul? A news report in 'Politico' suggests that Biden's Defense Secretary had asked officials to prepare for a 'mass casualty event' around 24 hours before the actual attack, which killed at least 169 Afghans and 13 US soldiers, occurred.
