Biden-Putin call doesn't dial down Ukraine invasion fear

US President Joe Biden & Russian President Vladimir Putin held an hour long conversation over the phone. The agenda of the conversation was the de-escalation of the crisis at Ukraine’s border. During the call, Biden warned Putin that the US & its allies will respond decisively & swiftly if Russia invades Ukraine. Not only that, the US President warned Putin of severe consequences if Russian troops made a move on Ukraine. President Putin on his part slammed west for provocative speculation that may spark a conflict in Ukraine. The call between the two leaders comes at a time when Moscow has cut down its diplomatic staff at Kyiv. Watch the full video for more.
