The Mirror reported that Vladimir Putin is set to use more brutal tactics to recruit Russian prisoners or convicts in Ukraine war. The report adds that the notorious Wagner Group of mercenaries is press-ganging thousands of Russian convicts to fight in Ukraine, threatening them with longer sentences, crippling beatings or even worse if they refuse.
