Putin's Shahed Drones Frustrate Kyiv; Russian Defence Min, Army Chief Inspect Troops | Watch

A day after Ukraine warned of renewed Russian attacks on its infrastructure in the run up to a winter war, Vladimir Putin's men launched a drone blitz on central and southern Ukraine overnight. Ukraine claims to have destroyed 24 of the 29 Iranian-made Shahed attack drones launched by Russia over Odesa, Mykolaiv and Kirovohrad.
