Russians take a dip in freezing water to mark Epiphany

Russian Orthodox believers in Moscow plunged into ice-cold water to mark Epiphany. Around 150,000 people took the dip in 59 ice holes in Moscow. It signifies the baptism of Jesus Christ in the Jordan river. The temperature in Moscow is around minus 9 degree Celcius.
