U.S lawmakers race to arm Taiwan amid China threat; Lesson learned from Ukraine

According to a report in Washington Post, U.S lawmakers are seeking to arm Taiwan in advance, in case China plans to invade. U.S Congress is pushing to arm and train the island nation but a lot depends on Biden's meeting with Chinese president Xi Jinping at the G20 summit. Tensions around Taiwan are reportedly a top discussion item between the two leaders. The report further says that deliberations are on to send arms package to Taipei through the foreign military financing program, paid for by the United States. Watch this video for more details.
