Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan reacted to the startling attack on a Hindu temple in the country's Rahim Yar Khan district. Khan said he had spoken to the Inspector General of Punjab and sought arrest of all those involved. He also promised that the government would rebuild the Ganesh Mandir. After alleged videos of the incident surfaced on social media, the Indian government had summoned Pakistani charge d'affaires to lodge a strong protest over the state of minority communities.
