A Halloween special, it is this year's limited edition mouth-watering new menu item for the occasion. People said the flavours of pumpkin and chocolate went unexpectedly well and the saltiness harmonized with the sweetness. McDonald's Japan said the idea for pumpkin and chocolate flavoured fries follows the enthusiasm for their regular chocolate covered fries- McChoco Potatoes- which were released earlier this year.
