India, Africa must be on UN Security Council: Rwanda

Rwandan President Paul Kagame on Monday termed exclusion of India and Africa from the United Nations' Security Council as 'absurd'. Kagame was speaking at the India-Africa Partnership Summit at New Delhi on Monday. Stressing on the need to build strong business ties, he said that the East African market offered enormous investment opportunities in the priority sectors like health, IT, energy, infrastructure agriculture and financial services.
