Rinpoche congratulates jailed Chinese dissident for winning Nobel Prize

The Prime Minister of Tibet's Government-in-exile, Samdhong Rinpoche on Friday congratulated jailed Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo after he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for 2010. Liu has been awarded the Nobel for helping to spearhead a campaign for more freedom in China. Liu is currently serving his sentence at Jinzhou prison in Liaoning, hundreds of miles from his home in Beijing.
