Watch | India’s first La Tomatina festival

Shillong hosted India's first La Tomatina festival. Discarded tomatoes were used to organise the event, aimed at promoting tourism in Meghalaya. Both locals and tourists made the most of the fun-filled festival. The festival was held in collaboration with Directorate of Horticulture, Meghalaya and Khasi Jaintia Vegetable Sellers Association.
