Russian forces hit Kyiv with drones and missiles, cause power cut, say officials

Russian forces launched a combined drone and missile attack on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv early on Tuesday, injuring at least one person, triggering fires and disrupting electricity supplies, local officials said.
