Shaan set to perform atop a bus

Bollywood playback singer Shaan is set to perform on top of a bus, which will travel across the city; will be accompanied by DJ Eddie and Payal Dev, among others

Most musicians perform at live shows to entertain and interact with their fans. But Bollywood playback singer Shaan is up for something unconventional. On Sunday (April 17), the popular singer will perform on top of a bus as it travels to various parts of the city. Shaan is doing this to create awareness about a musical initiative that has been undertaken by his wife, Radhika Mukherji. It is an online platform, which aims to promote artistes from across the world. It will also give people access to artistes, to book them for their events or parties.

“Music lovers in Mumbai will witness a performance like never before. On Sunday, a few talented artistes and my band, Superbia, will perform on top of a bus at key locations in the city for everyone on the streets to enjoy and experience live entertainment,” says Shaan.

The concert bus will apparently start from Wadala at 4pm, and will travel around Bandra, Worli Sea Face and Kala Ghoda. The other artistes accompanying Shaan will be DJ Eddie, music composer Anil Bhatt and singer Payal Dev.
