If you ever had any doubt about who rules Bollywood, here’s the verdict: It’s Salman ‘Sultan’ Khan. Since the release of his newest blockbuster, Bhai has bulldozed his way to box office glory, an unprecedented feat considering even a Shah Rukh or Aamir Khan film never generated such hysteria on the ticket windows. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Sultan has already crossed the Rs 180 cr mark and is heading to gross Rs 200 crore on its 6th day.

Aamir’s Dhoom 3 also started big, but fizzled out eventually. Though it became a monstrous hit in the process.

Sultan, however, looks unstoppable for now. If this trend continues it could well be the biggest hit Bollywood has ever seen.
