Daniel, 19, was just one of the devastated cast and crew of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince who penned moving tributes to 18-year-old knife victim Rob, reports thesun.co.uk.

Signing himself "Dan xxx", the star quoted a line from famed author D.H. Lawrence when he wrote: "The dead don't die. They look on and help."

Daniel wrote: "Dear Rob, We are all proud to have known you and devastated to have lost you. It is terrible just to write this note. Rest in peace, Dan xxx."
