Spot gold prices in India( 47160) observed no change since yesterday( 47160), though it was greater than the average gold price observed this week ( 47157.1) by 0.01%.

Although the global gold price($1774.1) saw a decline of 0.24%, the spot gold price is the same in the Indian market( 47160).

Global spot prices dropped as per the current close with a value of $1774.1 per Troy ounce. The total downturn being of -0.24%. This price level is 1.94% higher than average gold price observed in the past 30 days ($1739.7). Among other precious metals, silver prices saw a fall today. Silver plunged 0.43% to $26.0 per Troy ounce.

Further, platinum price has suffered. The precious metal platinum fell 0.5% to $1090.5 per Troy ounce. Meanwhile in India, gold was priced at 46735 per 10 gram on MCX, with a change of 84.1. Also, the price of 24k gold in the Indian spot market was quoted at 47160 .

Gold prices in India plunged today with futures on MCX by 0.18% to 46735 per 10 gram. In the previous session, gold was up 0.14% or about 84.1 per 10 gram.

On MCX, silver futures grew nearly 1.11% or 766.4 per kg to the price level of 69042 per kg.

The gold spot price today ( 47160) had no change over yesterday ( 47160), whereas global spot prices saw a downturn of $4.3 to $1774.1 value today. However, a decrease was observed in MCX future price of 84.1 with value of 46735 as of today.

The dollar to rupee conversion has been constant since yesterday and any fluctuation today in the gold price would suggest no relation with the dollar value.
