AAP’s BC wing leader under ED scanner in Bhullar bribery case
Sources said Bhupinder Singh Rathore, district president of the Backward Classes (BC) wing of the AAP was summoned to join the investigation and later reached the office, where he was questioned by the agency.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday carried out an early morning search at the office of Bhupinder Singh Rathore, district president of the Backward Classes (BC) wing of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), in Machhiwara while intensifying its probe into the bribery allegations against suspended DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar.
The ED is probing alleged property transactions and links between Rathore and the suspended DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar.
ED officials arrived around 7 am in multiple vehicles and began examining documents and records on the premises.

The questioning continued for several hours, and officials remained tight-lipped about the findings.
Simultaneously, ED teams conducted searches at other locations as part of the ongoing investigation. A residence in Bonkaran village, under the Sahnewal constituency, was also searched. An individual identified as Resham in Machhiwara is being questioned over alleged financial and property dealings connected to the case.
