Three youths were killed when their motorcycle rammed into a tractor-trolley on Shahkot-Nangal Ambian road on Friday, police officials said.

The deceased have been identified as Prabhdeep Singh, Baljit Singh and Viren Kumar, all in their 20s. The entire incident was caught on the CCTV camera, which shows the motorcycle hitting the rear of an overloaded trolley, officials added.

Police said the driver fled from the spot. The impact of the collision can be gauged by the fact that two of the deceased suffered major head injuries and died on the spot, while the third succumbed to injuries at a local hospital.
