Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena accepted a proposal by chief minister Arvind Kejriwal to convene the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) House for a third time to choose a mayor and deputy mayor since Kejriwal's AAP beat the BJP in December's election.
