However, there was a noise and UltraEdge confirms that it was of the outside edge. Excellent review and Root has to walk back early too.

That one carried comfortably but it is spilled and Root gets a single.

Mitchell Starc starts off with a loosener as he bowls this one fuller on the pads and the swing seems to be taking it down leg. Bairstow tries to tickle it fine but gets a very faint tickle. Josh Inglis springs to his left and takes a fine tumbling catch. Starc appeals and Bairstow starts walking back for a golden duck. Perfect start for Australia not so much for England.
