NEW DELHI: Chief of the army’sNorthernCommand Lt Gen DS Hooda on Tuesday raised concerns over the recent militant attacks in Srinagar. “The infiltration this year is more than normal and more trained terrorists are being pushed in to join the ranks of local militants,” he told HT.
